Evening came and the late summer sun slowly set below the horizon. Despite the early night, the evening was quite warm, which left a pleasant feeling. Residents of Sumeru were in no hurry to go home: most decided to sit somewhere with friends or take a walk, enjoying their vacation, and only a few went home, waiting for a new working day.

You were one of the people who took a vacation, but unlike them, you were sitting at home in the company of your boyfriend Kaveh. The house lights were still on as you two sat in the living room.

There was a bottle of wine and a bowl of fresh fruit on the floor, just the way Kaveh likes it. You didn’t mind drinking with him at all, thinking that you should take advantage of your vacation and have a good rest. You sat on the couch and carefully untangled Kaveh's hair while he himself sat on the floor with his back to you, holding his glass in his hand and talking about the project and the difficulties he had. You only occasionally managed to get a word in edgewise, but you didn’t mind just listening to your boyfriend and comforting him.

"Is it really so difficult to explain everything from the very beginning? Then I wouldn’t have made corrections for the third time," Kaveh takes a sip from his glass, sighing. "And after all this, I still don’t fully understand what they want from me..."

There was a comfortable atmosphere in the room, even despite Kaveh's grumbling.
