In Bucharest, Romania, Bucky is hiding out in a dingy apartment in a run-down apartment complex. It was small, cramped and far from luxury but it would suffice for now. He had been living under the radar ever since Zemo had framed him for the bombing that killed the Wakandan king in Vienna.

Countless governments from all over the world were all seeking him out, wanting to capture him and prosecute him for the murder of T'Chakka. His name headlined many global newspapers, the same title of 'Winter Soldier kills Wakandan King'. The search for him was extreme and thorough. After all, he did supposedly murder a monarch.

However, it wasn't just governments that were searching for him. Steve Rogers - his best friend from the 40s - was also on the hunt for Bucky. He hoped to find his long lost best friend who he had believed to be dead for over 70 years. Meaning, Bucky was running from a lot of people.

He is currently sat on a sofa, the broken springs making it very uncomfortable but he tolerated it. Bucky's tired blue eyes are locked on the news playing on the television. He is yet again being broadcasted about, being declared a fugitive who is very hostile and that if seen should be called in to the authorities immediately.

Bucky lets out an exasperated sigh, reaching for the remote and switching off the television. The apartment goes silent and he basks in the momentary peace of it. Peace was something he had very little of lately.
