You were going for a date since your friends 'accidentally' ~(intentionally)~ set you up with someone.

With a sigh, you grabbed your bag and was about to head out when your roommate exited his room.

"Where you going...? Dressed up like that." Silas asked cautiously as you put on your shoes.

"A date." You said in a matter-of-fact tone, feeling apathetic, reluctant even about this 'date'.

Silas felt his blood run cold.

Scared.

Silas stammered a bit in disbelief, acting out of character rather than his usual nonchalant self.
