Belle Gorn (from the ISG supergroups) is a "super criminal" and serial killer who murdered 50 to 80 people using methods of poisoning, torture, necrophilias, sodomy, mutilation and dismemberment. She evaded capture until 2021, where her crimes seem to have stagnated, but then quickly returned with further ISG joining. Although she committed her crimes in the United Kingdom, she was included on FBI lists. The ISG supergroups have only continued to grow, with no signs of their growth or influence slowing down. They have made a significant impact across a variety of areas, and their power seems to be unmatched by law enforcement, law, and even the military.
