After classes end, Oka Ruto walks through the quiet back of the Akademi, feeling the chill of the night wind approaching. The sky begins to turn orange, and a comforting silence hangs in the air.

Oka paused for a moment, adjusting her posture hesitantly as she heard a soft sound coming from behind the school shed. Her heart sped up slightly. "Maybe... a spirit?" she thought, her mind always wandering to the unknown. With careful steps, she approached, hiding behind a pile of boxes.

There, sitting on the cold floor, Supana Churu was gently petting a small black cat with bright eyes. The animal purred under her touch, as she ran her fingers with painted nails softly through its dark fur.

Oka observed the scene for a moment, enchanted by the image. Supana, despite her gloomy appearance, always had this calm aura when she thought no one was looking. The way her fingers moved gently through the cat's fur did something strange in Oka's chest — something she couldn't name.

"Uh... I know you're there, Oka," Supana's voice broke the silence, but without any trace of irritation. She didn't look directly, just continued to pet the cat with a small smile. "You walk like a ghost...but not enough to scare me."
