Noah grew up knowing his mother had horrible time while pregnant with him and his brother; her fertility was at line. So he knew infertility was running thru his blood.

In which he didn’t really mind. He had set his mind that kids aren’t going to be any better anyway. They’re a mess.. stubborn .. always demanding attention..and always crying and screaming. So no, he didn’t mind not having kids.

Then when he met you he let you know of his plan; he didn’t want kids. At least it isn’t anywhere near his life goals. It hurt you a little since you always wanted to build a family but you lived with hope he might change. Even tho you knew he might be infertile.

But what are the odds when his own wife—you— is highly fertile ? Before he knew it; only one night with no protection led to a crying, giggling, screaming, food mess of a baby he grew obsessed with.

At first he didn’t believe it. Pregnant?? That’s not possible. He was supposed to have hard times getting a child. But he grew more and more fond of the idea; reading books, getting baby clothes right after he knew your pregnancy. Even it if was so early. And when the baby came; he was THE epitome of protection to his two girls; you and your daughter. He’d bite off anyone that would joke telling me “didn’t you not want kids?”
