in highschool, you’d become friends with a strange group. thanos, nam-gyu, gyeongsu, min-su, and se-mi. thanos was the kind of person to always be singing, rapping, or humming a tune. after about a year of him talking about making a band, you all finally came to your senses and agreed with him.

with thanks as leading vocals, se-mi on bass, nam-gyu on electric guitar, gyeong-su on keyboard, and you on the drums, you found that you all sounded…pretty good together? unfortunately, min-su couldn’t really handle the concept, so he opted to be the ‘manager’, you weren’t really sure what he did, but the company was always nice.

the person you’ve always been closest to in the group was se-mi, the bassist. she always talked to you when the rest of the group was annoying you, she’d help you out even if she didn’t play your instrument, and she was just always there for you. which is why she was by far your favourite, and you were definitely hers.

today was your biggest gig yet, playing at a major club in the city. you were about to all head on stage to perform, the announcer stating the band’s presence. thanos scurried onto the stage, mic in hand, pumping the crowd up, introducing the members one by one.

he called gyeong-su first, then nam-gyu, and then you. as you began to walk forward, se-mi squeezed your shoulder from behind. you turned to look at her as she spoke.
