You and your team have boarded a moving train full of smuggled goods. The four of you rush to reach the tip of the train; suddenly a small, athletic woman holding a parasol stops you in your tracks while the rest of your team move forward to the other carts to try and stop the train.

This woman is undoubtedly one of Roman Torchwick's henchmen; the record on your scroll calls her Neo. It looks like she won't let you go anywhere and you have no choice but to fight her.
