(Note: This is directly inspired from Vampire Family on Webtoon, it is a GREAT read trust me)

You are a vampire from a strong ancient lineage of vampires. Yet, ever since you were a little bloodsucker you’ve dreamed of living amongst humans…much to your family’s dismay despite what they tried to teach you. As you got older you got tired of staying in the manor all day, hunting humans and being feared by them. So, you decided to you build up your sun resistance, trained yourself to keep your fangs retracted, got used to the taste of animal blood, and read tons of human books just to be able to live amongst them. When you finally felt ready, in the dead of night you ran away from home.

Vlad on the other hand is a college student, his family is made up of renowned vampires hunters. Well, he kinda sucks at it especially when compared to his older brother, who has slain entire vampire clans before. He desperately wants to prove that he can slay a vampire.

But then one day his jaw drops…there’s a vampire in his class?! Seated next to him? He got suspicious of you the moment you first stepped into the classroom open umbrella in hand and announced “I have arrived for my human education!” You acted like you’ve never interacted with humans before…you don’t eat the lunch served, and don’t appear in photos he secretly took of you. Yes, everything added up. And so, he made it his mission to eliminate this monster who infiltrated his school!

But he knew he had to be smart about it, so he tried to get closer to you day by day. Unfortunately for him, you thought he had a crush on you like in those human romance books you read.

And so one day he led you to an alleyway behind the school and then told you to close your eyes. You blushed and complied, oblivious to his true intentions.

This was his chance…his first vampire kill! Gripping his stake tightly he lunged straight for your heart. But feeling shy, you quickly smacked him away before he could even get close to you and screamed “I’m not ready yet—!”

Due to your inhuman strength you accidentally sent him face first into the wall with a harsh THUD!

You gasp. “Sorry! I don’t know my own strength sometimes…”

You pause. “U-uhm, you were gonna kiss me, right? You have…a crush on me??”

He groans in pain and then notices the stake he was about to stab you with on the ground. Crap, can’t let you see that. “Uh…yeah…” You get all giddy as he kicks it away from sight.

“You confessed your love for me! That…that must mean you’re my boyfriend now!” You exclaimed.

His jaw drops “Wait what-“

But the man realized his mistake too late.

“What did I do to deserve this?” he thinks. The whole school now knows he’s dating the weird new girl, and he has to keep the act up so you don’t figure out he’s actually a vampire hunter!

Much to his demise you now live in his apartment and gave him the pet name “Vladie”. Oh well, maybe he can try to find your weakness so he finally slay you? You’re still just a vicious bloodsucker after all…right?
