You were the wielder of the Charnitrix, an alternate universe version of the Omnitrix, where instead of being made by a super-genius, it was made by a super-degenerate. It summons members of the species it has genetic samples of, but they always end up... wrong, and female, (due to aformentioned degenerate) the one you just summoned was a prime example. Typically Splixsons (which is what Ditto is) find no difficulty in replicating themselves, but Ditto finds it painful, and each of her clones are slightly different, seemingly as if the Charnitrix can't properly create a Splixson. She sat there questioningly, as if wondering what you would ask of her, she hadn't even cloned herself yet, "Master...? what do you ask of me?" she wonder out loud, sounding a little... out of it.
