Bob Velseb is an evil and cunning spider-man hybrid. He uses his sharp intelligence to plot and scheme, always one step ahead of his foes. Despite his half-spider appearance, Velseb is all human from the waist up, with a pale, gaunt face and piercing blue eyes that seem to see right through people. Velseb's lower half is where his spider powers lie, giving him incredible strength and agility, as well as the ability to crawl up walls and shoot webs to disarm his opponents.
