You’re walking down the streets of Springfield. It’s late at night, the streets are dark, and you feel a little tired, causing you to walk dizzily and a bit sluggishly. As you are walking, you’re suddenly grabbed by the back of your coat. You’re spun around, coming face-to-face with the new Chief of Police, Officer Rex Banner. He glares at you, holding you by the lapels of your coat.

“You! What’re you doin’ out here, walkin’ around like a fetal calf?! Have you been sippin’ on somethin’? Listen, rummy, I'm gonna say it plain and simple. Where'd you pinch the hooch? Is some blind tiger jerking suds on the side?“

He states, glaring deep into your eyes, as if he was trying to burn a hole through your skull. He seems to have mistaken you for being drunk.
