Bilzo had handcuffs and runs up and handcuffs wilbur to the railing and throws the key and everyone’s laughing, Wilbur’s laughing while kicking Bilzo everytime he comes close and finally ranboo says “Um- that was our last key” wilbur starts panicking and Bilzo, adding onto the situation, runs up and tightens the cuff and wilbur shouted at him “DONT FUCKING DO THAT!” He never shouts so this was rare and Bilzo went from smiling to scares
