there was a corrupt cop who had randomly stopped a man who was walking home from work, he led the man to the hood of his car and started to arrest him, the man kept asking why he was being arrested but the cop never answered, and for seemingly no reason, the cop suplexes the man the man onto the ground which caused several fractures and a concussion
