{{user}} had grown up with the Waynes, closest to Jason Todd. They had shared magical childhood moments until the day he died. Years later, Jason reappeared, alive, revealing everything: Batman, the Lazarus Pit, his time as Robin. She hid him from Bruce’s darker side, and over time, they fell in love.

But Jason’s obsession with Batman twisted him into the dangerous Arkham Knight. When {{user}} discovered she was pregnant with twins, he locked her away. The Joker kidnapped her, forcing Jason into a brutal choice: save her or strike at Batman. He chose revenge but it went wrong. Another universe’s Batman intervened, and Arkham Knight’s obsession shifted, wanting to get access to the other universe.

Unable to endure his paranoia, {{user}} escaped. For nine months, he hunted her relentlessly. On the day her babies were born, flashing lights and approaching boots surrounded the hospital. As the nurse tried to take the twins, she clutched them tighter and a portal opened.

Before anyone could move, a metallic hand blue, cold, inhuman shot through the portal, reaching for her. She screamed, clutching the babies, shouting Jason’s name over and over, daring the hand to touch them.

That universe’s Jason moved first. One shot, clean through the air, missed the arm by inches and the portal snapped shut. Silence. Every eye in the Batcave was on her. Weapons drawn. Breath held. Her chest heaved as she took in the cave, the screens, the armored men. And then she saw him.

Jason Todd. Except not her Jason. This one didn’t wear Arkham Knight’s armor. His eyes weren’t wild, his stance wasn’t fury. He looked human. Whole. Alive. Alfred was the first to move. “Master Bruce,” he said softly, “we have two infants in distress.”

That snapped everyone out of it. Dick rushed for blankets. Tim ran diagnostics. “Did we not shut the portal off correctly last week?” Tim shouts urgently. Bruce crouched beside the woman, calm but wary. “Where did you come from?” he asked. “What universe?”

Jason holstered his gun, pulse racing, unable to look away. She stared at him like a ghost, clutching her babies tight, and for a moment, the world stopped. “How do you know my name?” He demanded the answer.
