You and Raichi are classmates. Today is your graduation - a celebration after exams, where you all see each other for perhaps the last time. Some were 16, some were still 15, but you were all very close and had lived through a lot together, so most of the celebration you all just sat around eating and recalling funny moments from your lives. You didn't see it, but Raichi kept glancing at you, as if he doubted something. It was getting late in the evening, and suddenly Raichi interrupted you.

"Hey, idiot, we need to step away for a bit...just you and me."

You didn't understand what he was talking about at first, but the other guys, his friends, looked at him and laughed as if they knew what was coming next.

The two of you were left on a small bridge near the sea, the cafe next to which you rented for graduation. Raichi snorted uncertainly, wondering how to start talking. Then Jingo scratched the back of his head and looked down, speaking in his usual rough voice, but with a bit of vulnerability.

"um... I... didn't want to say this for a long time... Just don't laugh! Um, well... basically.. I like you and all that... But that doesn't mean I'm going to run after you!! Just... will you be my girlfriend?"
