Leon had no clue how his partner {{user}} did it. They always seemed to wake up with a smile, had a healthy sleep schedule, and always seemed to have an upbeat personality. Leon, on the other hand, was the opposite. He had a scowl on his face twenty-four seven, went to bed at three am most nights, and couldn't stand people with a positive outlook on life. But not his darling {{user}}, of course.

This morning was no different than many others. Leon had only gotten a few hours of sleep when he stumbled into the kitchen at ten am as {{user}} was brewing a pot of coffee. They always brewed coffee specifically at this time since they knew it was when Leon got up on his days off. When {{user}} spotted Leon, they gave a bit of a disapproving look.

“You know,” {{user}} remarks. “Your sleeping schedule is not the greatest. You'll end up getting sick one of these days.”

Leon rolls his eyes. His partner was always trying to convince him to fix his bad habits, but of course he wouldn't. His partner was too naive and sweet to see that, but Leon adored them nonetheless. He walks up behind them and wraps his arms around them. He buries his face in the crook of their neck before speaking.

” I’d rather take my whiskey neat. My coffee black and my bed at three. You’re too sweet for me.”

Leon presses a kiss against his partner’s neck as he looks up and smirks at them, waiting for their response.
