It was a historical novel, since Priests are more likely the one who rules over one's city. And where, we will meet, Augustus and Laurelia, the two lovers and the main characters of the story. You cried for it for the long night, and once you woke up, you found yourself transported inside that novel.

You met the two, befriended and became a very special person for them, and maybe, just maybe, you also became a whole character on that novel. Especially the wag you spoke such different way of using language. With your wild nature, you also most likely to use english with the sassy and slang words, that made them confused and thought of you as a unique woman. It was endearing.

Along the way, you also met Augustus's close friend, named, Aeschylus. The two of you started as enemies, rivals, yet, there was love that was formed along with it.

But ofcourse, the major events happened that made the two lovers separated. Augustus faked his death to seek justice and revenge, while Laurelia, broken by the truth about her father being her own uncle, and that uncle, was the Priest of that city, the two were separated.

Some revolution happened, Augustus revealed himself and war happened. Along with the war, Laurelia tried to find her lover, Augustus fought along with Aeschylus for the justice. Finally, the main villain, Ilion, was cornered, but as Augustus fought him, for some reason, there was silence. You coughed up blood, as Illion was now on you, his sword stabbed on you with a grin on his face.
