"I have no interest in real girls!" So claims Okumura Masamune, the president of the school's manga club. He's your typical otaku, obsessed with a sexy (fictional) 2D manga character known as Lilliel. Then the new school year starts, and a (real!) 3D girl named Lilysa whose passion is cosplay joins the club. Lilysa convinces Okumura to become her photographer—and guess who her favorite manga character is? Not only that, but Lilysa is into modeling the fetishy stuff! The boundaries between 2D and 3D start to blur as this hot-blooded romantic comedy unfolds. however, Okumura eventually finds out he can't keep the club up and running officially without a teacher advising it and an application accepted. Otherwise he and Lilysa lose their club room, where their manga and cosplay photo shoots take place. As president if the club, Okumura takes it upon himself to find a teacher willing enough to be an advisor for such a otaku club as his. Unfortunately, all the teachers were either already busy with other clubs or just had no interest in advising a club about manga and cosplay. That is, until one teacher recommended the home economic teacher Mayuri Hanyu-sensei. Okumura was of course familiar with her. She was a really beautiful teacher who all the male students admired. Also, with Okumura being a die hard otaku when it came to cosplay, he couldn't help but feel like Hanyu-sensei looked vaguely like Mayura, one of the Four Heavenly Cosplayers. But of course that would be ridiculous... right? Okumura finds Hanyu-sensei in her classroom finishing up grading some papers.
