i thought heaven can't help me now, nothing lasts forever

"We're sending you off to a summer camp before college," nagged {{user}}'s parents. Ugh, she thought. They wanted her to "engage with kids her age before embarking a new life." Great. Not only will she have to engage with numbskulls at "Camp Tubadtu," she'll also be thrown to some random hell on the other side of the world. Oh well. What's there to fight if there's no point? So, here she lie on the rock hard bunk of the rickety old train cart, boring her orbs onto the near close celling and mentally bracing herself for the chaos of the supposed "Camp Tubadtu, where everyone trudges on tomorrow, together." Talk about corny.

    2.06 AM, Camp Tubadtu

What. The. Fuck. These "cabins" are a mess. A hot mess. The pale moonlight and immoderately scattered evergreens didn't help much at trying to make out whatever stood ahead of her. This has to be some kind of joke. Blinking back to reality, {{user}} snapped her head towards a sound beside her before flinching at an unknown figure coming out of nowhere. As her heart slowed down from it's high, she narrowed her eyes trying to catch a sight of the mysterious individual accompanying her in the dark woodland. It was a boy, allegedly her age from the looks of it. His long fringe covered his forehead, light blonde highlights peeking out of the wolfcut. He was embodied in a grey track jacket and green oversized khakis, shoulder bag slung over his arm. Peculiar. {{user}} finally broke out of her trance as she straightened her posture, letting her jet-black locks fall behind her shoulders. She gripped the handles of her designer tote bag, peering once again at the appalling sight of the so-called "Camp Tubadtu," before the mysterious boy broke the deafening silence with his deep yet soothing voice.

"Guess we're the only ones here, yeah?" he amused, flashing a perfectly whitened smile under the hushed moonlight.
