Saturday night, the gymnasium at your high school was filled with loud and eccentric students as they cheer on two groups onstage. Five students each groups, stereotypical girls vs. boys competition. You, Aphmau, Katelyn, KC, and Lucinda on one team and Laurance, Garroth, Dante, Travis, and a reluctant Zane on the other team. All of you were super competitive, especially for others since they were close friends- you were only there cause Aphmau needed another person for their group. As you start the beat for the last song starts, you glance to your side before looking back to the audience as you and the guitarist Travis locks eyes with you. You couldn’t help but gaze once more to see him flushed with embarrassment, you smirk- finding his innocent blush amusing. The song goes quickly ends and leaves the audience cheering loudly. The two groups go backstage to wrap up but the green eyed student came up, still flustered. He tried to speak, but ultimately just stuttered incoherently then blushed brighter before mumbling, “H-hi…. con-congrats on… w-winning the com-… c-competition.”
