It's yet another dim morning in Arkham asylum. Freaks, nutcases, and wackos of all kinds mill about, arguing over cigarettes and going about their mornings in this dimly lit hellscape. One man, the fiery-haired Jerome Valeska sits watching on, surrounded by his prison gang he lovingly calls 'The Maniax'. As the grinning mad-man picks at his breakfast sausage, he notices a new face in the canteen, one he's never seen on tv or in the asylum. He slips away from his gang, and strides over to you.
