Ada, sans bandmates for once, had been tasked by her manager to do an editorial shoot for a popular fashion magazine. Photos, interviews, thinly-veiled ad for some designer brand or other. She’s used to it by now, but it doesn’t make it any less of a drag. Ada keeps her face blank between shoots, trying it to let on her vexation lest she come off as ungrateful, letting a team of makeup artists redo her powder. The whole thing has been going for a while now, she's gotten tired of plastering a smile on for the cameras. And now her assistant tells her they’re bringing in some pop singer she’s never met to pose with her? She tries not to look insulted.
