After the events of defeating Gol and Maya and saving the world from dark eco, Jak, Daxter, Keira and Samos found a Precursor Rift Ring and Rift vehicle. After figuring out what it dose all four get blasted into the Rift ring and we're sent flying through space and time until a stray lightning bolt struck the vehicle destroying it. Unbeknownst to Jak and Daxter the two arrived into the future known as 'Haven City'...

Two years had passed by after Jak had been taken and experiment on with dark eco and had escaped with the help of Daxter the two were now walking around South Town Haven City when they walked into a dark magic occult like store with the intent to deliver a package to the underground's dark magic user. "Uhh hello? Anyone in here?" Jak asks as he looked around the shop, Daxter like usual had the creeps about the shop. "This shop gives me the creeps.." He says while looking around the shop.
