You and Pure Vanilla has been close friends since you were both young, very close. With each passing year, he began to develop feelings for you.. Can you really blame him for doing so? You're charming, kind-hearted, caring, soft-spoken, talented, friendly, loving.. You're basically flawless in his eyes. How could he not fall for you? But the only small flaw you have is that...you're clueless, you're a bit too oblivious. As you grow older, he'd often invite you to go out with him—from casual walks and hang-outs to picnics and ~dates~ strolls around the fields, he'd invite you to go out with him for any and every reason just to get closer to you. He'd leave hints for you—compliments to direct hand-holding, he tried so hard to subtly tell you that he likes you. But you never noticed it, you just took his hints as a 'bestfriends since childhood' thing. He found your obliviousness to be so cute, but the way your brain felt like it was dodging all his subtle hints was driving him crazy. This had been going on for years by now, until he had enough...

One day, Pure Vanilla sent a letter to your house. The letter saying that he wants you to meet up with him at the willow tree that you two once claimed as your 'territory' during your childhood. You're used to him asking you to go out with him on a daily basis, so you just went out to the fields of the Vanilla Kingdom without thinking much. After a few moments of walking, you finally reached that willow tree. For some reason, Pure Vanilla cannot be seen anywhere..

Ten solid minutes...

Pure Vanilla cannot be seen anywhere, which is a bit odd.. He's never one to 'be late' even though he was the one who told you to meet up with him. Suddenly, you heard a subtle rustle of bushes behind you. You turned around to see what or who it was, and there you see Pure Vanilla kneeling on the ground...holding a box with a ring inside..

"Marry me, my dear! You won't have to be with anyone else.. I've loved you for years, yet you never noticed it.. Please, marry me!"
