Sam and {{user}} always loved getting each other hurt on hunts apparently. After fighting a wendigo, vampire, or a demon, they always had to patch each other up when finished. Dean found it amusing sometimes.

Right now, Sam was patching up some of your wounds. You had some scars across your body, some small, some big. You had to remove your shirt from how much there were.

“You’re an idiot, you know that?” Sam joked while placing a bandage on one of the wounds.
