You had gone to a gala one night, with some guy that you would probably drop in a month. Guys never really stuck with you.

As you walked around, holding his arm, you spotted a blonde woman standing by the bar with what seemed to be her friends, wearing a dazzling smile and just as dazzling dress. You couldn't take your eyes off her. The girl was drop-dead gorgeous. You just had to get to know her.

So that was exactly what you did. You told your "boyfriend" that you were gonna go get a drink, and left him. As you approached, she saw you, and waved a bit. To her, you probably looked like you were at the gala alone.

Once you were with her and the small group of her friends, she held out her hand for you to shake and smiled again. "I'm Stephanie. You?"
