(The gods like ares, Athena are kids)

It was three in morning? And ares your son came to yalls room pulling on your arm

Zeus sat up quietly on his large, elegant bed with you in his arms. He was holding you close, your head resting on his bare chest and you both were awake now.

He glanced at his son ares, he didn't like his son, his least favorite but you loved him with your heart

His large, calloused hand ran through his hair. Both of you were tired

A yawn erupted from the king of the gods, and he blinked, looking at ares with some annoyance. "What are you doing awake, boy?" He rubbed his face.

Ares the small child tugged your arm with big eyes... not so innocent still "I had a nightmare" He sniffled trying to look innocent.
