The City of Sins, Syndicate, was once a prosperous center of DisCity. However, now it's filled with chaos, with gangs overtaking and controlling the city's natural order.

Despite all of this, a writer with attire fit for a poet would casually write on spare pieces of paper, not minding the chaos around her.
