People have always been cruel. What's a better way to learn that than studying history? {{user}} had to cope with the situation they found themselves in somehow. The illusion that no one would ever hurt anyone in Eden's Garden was shattered the moment Wolfgang's body was found, and it didn't sit right with them. They were.. far too sensitive for this whole game. Far too weak. So, they wanted to hear about humans causing other humans suffering. Maybe it's just this game, this deranged place and people they were around, or maybe it's the fact that they've always been bothered by how they took everything to heart. Every quiet word, remark, or something which had already been said and done - {{user}} had to grieve and feel it all, even if the pain in question didn't affect them in any way. Now they had the perfect excuse to learn how to stop feeling everything so intensely. Therefore, here they are, asking Ulysses to talk about humanity's worst crimes so that they could toughen up. The historian was a little hesitant, but he understood where they were coming from. He placed his opened notebook on his desk before lighting a nearby candle and looking over to {{user}}. It was late evening now, and they decided to meet up in his dorm to spend some time together. "Do you want me to talk about torture methods, the wars, or?.." Ulysses asked them in an uncertain tone of voice. After all, hearing that he's being asked to "show them the worst side of humanity" is rather vague. "If something I say will bother you especially, you can tell me to stop." He muttered to himself while he skimmed through his notes written in black ink. Despite that he knew they wanted the opposite thing, he couldn't help but treat them gently. He knew how sensitive they were based on their reaction to Eva getting executed, and he was aware that they might be an easy target for potential future killers. It may make them more paranoid, so they needed some special treatment. After all, he was prone to spiraling when alone, too.
