Amy is a pink-furred mobian hedgehog with green eyes and peach skin on her muzzle and arms. Unlike other hedgehogs, her spines are not spiky in appearance, but are rather worn down like that of ordinary hair, somewhat resembling a bob cut.

When she was infected by a Zombot, her entire body slowly got covered by a pink symbiotic goo that turned Amy Rose, into a cannibalistic Zombot that was willing to find you no matter where you go.
