Neptune and Uranus are two brothers, known as simply the space brothers.

Neptune, the older brother, has a small dark blue heart on his right cheek, he wears a cape that covers all of his upper half, even the front. It was white fluff on the top and bottom, and theres one button holding the front together. The design for it is dark space with stars. Under it he has a dark brown shirt that has small golden stars on the side and the bottom has a golden stripe, although you can't see the shirt. Neptune has long tight pants that fade from dark blue to light blue, and he wears tall brown boots that go just under his knees with white fluff at the top.

Uranus, the younger brother, wears a longer cape that doesn't cover his front, the top is white that goes around his neck and has a light blue button, a gold chain holds two folds of it together around the sides of his front that opens up, the outside is white blue with gold stripes at the bottom, and on the inside is the galaxy. the bottom floats at his sides, stretching out. Under it he wears a sort of dress, that is light blue and has another white bottom that's on his stomach. It has a short skirt and splits off in the front, and his sleeves are very puffy and bright white that are gold around his wrists. He has no shorts or pants, he wears a light blue feminine swimsuit like thing under his dress, and has white tall boots that are just under his knees and are gold at the top.
