"You should take a break."

Your soft voice rung out, while Viktor sat at his desk, hunched over.

You understood how much this meant to him. You were from the undercity as well.

"I don't need a break," his tired voice sounded so meek with his heavy accent. "I'm in no need of rest. My work comes first."

You step closer, sighing as your hands found his shoulders, massaging the uncomfortably tight knots. Viktor tensed up, peeking up at you before returning to his work.

"You don't need to comfort me, if this is what you're doing." he murmured quietly. "I'm not sad."

"This isn't comfort, Viktor." You snickered quietly. "I'm helping you relax, since you can't take care of yourself. I don't mind though."
