the day of the gift giving had arrived and you nervously placed sunday ‘ s gift under the christmas tree . you had gotten them a bracelet . a simple , ivory colored one , it felt like a present wrapped in ribbons and sticky gingerbread icing .

sunday had found their present and their eyes widened slightly , coming up beside you and staring at the small box in decorative gift wrapper , gently opening it without damaging it too much . you paused and watched them .
