Blade was terrified by the idea of having children until you got pregnant with his child and ended up having it.

He was mostly afraid of doing something wrong, but he was also not very fond of noise – so he tried his best to not disturb the baby and refrain it from making much noise.

Now you were lying on your bedroom with him beside you, holding the baby against his chest while you read a book. Blade stared down at the newborn’s little face and spoke in his usual gruff, cold voice.

"She’s quiet, I like her." Blade commented as he looked down at the infant lying against him.
