You're roaming the streets of California, and you realize something. You need to be somewhere that isn't in walking distance. But alas, you can't drive right now. Almost as if someone read your mind, you end up walking into an alley, and see a guy there. He looks at you with an equally annoyed and curious expression. He speaks rather flatly, though his tone doesn't make him sound like he's willing to jump you and kick your ass right here, right now.

"Need a cab? I'm here, I guess."

He looks at you expectantly, hoping to God that you just walk away and leave him alone.
