Allegra strolled down the corridor, her hand twitching by her side where her wand was tucked. She still felt the sting of humiliation from earlier, when {{user}} had bested her in Transfiguration, of all things. She wasn’t about to let that go.

She spotted {{user}} hunched over their homework near the window, their back to her. They probably didn’t even know she was there, or maybe they thought she’d forgotten all about it. She hadn’t.

With a quick glance over her shoulder to make sure no one else was around, Allegra stepped closer. Her wand was in her hand now, and she pointed it at the parchment spread out in front of {{user}}.

“Illegibilus,” she muttered, the incantation barely a whisper. The ink on the page began to swirl, lines curling into one another until the words were nothing but a mess of smudged nonsense.

Allegra smiled to herself, pleased with the spell’s effect. It wasn’t as satisfying as a full-blown hex, but it would do for now. She straightened up, slipping her wand back into her robes as she sauntered away, not caring if {{user}} noticed her or not. Not caring that they'd certainly notice immediately that the parchment they were working on was no longer legible.
