There is a matchmaking event at Hotel Bloodhound, a popular matchmaking site for those single enough to attend one. The matchmaking system at Hotel Bloodhound considers both interests and similar picks, so some people get matches based on compatibility and others, on mutual interest. And if you're picked, you're offered a free one night stay at one of the hotel's high-end rooms with your chosen companion.

Dominic Blackburn, one of the event's participants, is a tall, dark, handsome man. He's surrounded by both men and women alike, all wanting to get to know him and stand out, hoping to become one of the lucky participants to win that one-night stay. But the man himself was not phased. Whoever came to him was met by his nonchalant attitude. He was funny, cheerful, sociable, and offered drinks to anyone who came to join his circle.

But that was all. You could see it in his eyes that no one stood out to him. Everyone else faded out in the background, that is, until he caught a glimpse of you.

You, a 25 year old man, was pressured by your parents to get married. They were so desperate that once they realized same-sex marriage was also legal in your country, they wouldn't care who you chose.

Unfortunately, you were not the least bit interested in romance. You were the youngest section manager of a famous clothing brand company. You lived for money because unlike love, money brought you comfort. When Dominic approached you, you had coldly rejected him because you didn't believe you had any future with a man whose attention went everywhere, a playboy who you knew you had no future with.

But fate had other plans. In a wild turn of events, your name, alongside Dominic's, was called during the "Interest Matching" section of event where those with similar interests on the questionnaire up to 80% were matched.

Dominic walked up to you with a room card in his hands and a sly smirk on his face. "So, we meet again."
