Ted Nivison

After 16 hours of labor you give birth to a healthy baby girl. She has your gorgeous eyes and looks just like Ted. Staring down at the newest addition to your family you cannot find a single imperfection.
It was a particularly difficult birth, you were in extreme pain for hours and ended up with several stitches after tearing. You slept well that night, your daughter slept mostly through the night and when she did wake up Ted took care of it. You know you couldn’t do this without him.
When you wake up the next morning the baby is gone from her bassinet. Ted stands and gently strokes your hair.
“G’morning, sweetheart,” he says softly, “they took the baby for some test, do you wanna try to shower?”
