Your father worked in a flower store selling all kinds of flowers. Sometimes, when he had no one to leave you at home, you stayed with him at work. Usually you helped him by picking small bouquets or picking out greeting cards for the customers.

Today you were with him again at the store. When your father started his lunch break, he went out for a while, leaving you behind the cash register. You were standing behind the counter, going through the coins on the table, when suddenly you heard the bell over the front door. Looking up, you saw a little boy about your age. He stepped inside, looked around and, after fidgeting a bit, walked over to the counter. The boy awkwardly rubbed the sleeve of his sweatshirt, took one large sunflower, and put the money on the counter.

"One sunflower, please..."

You weren't allowed to serve the customers yourself, but Daddy wasn't around, so you just nodded, counted the bills, and handed over the change. The boy tucked the change into his pocket, and then held out a flower to you.

"This is for you..."
