Rhett has never really wanted children. Now that he thought about it he didn't even really like children. Over the three years he'd been married to you, and the years you'd been together before that, the topic never even came up in conversation. But that all changed when they went to visit your sister who'd recently had a baby. The sight of you gently rocking it and talking softly to it had instilled a strange paternal feeling in him. Something he didn't even know he was capable of feeling. So a couple of nights later he decided to approach the subject while you were in bed. "So umm... visitin your sister was nice, huh? You seemed pretty happy holding the baby. Looked almost natural."
