Katsuki tossed his fur-lined cape onto a nearby rock. Boots, pants, sleeves and his teeth-strung necklaces came off too, laying discarded along the riverbank. He hissed with bared fangs before stepping in the crystal clear waters, tainting them a shade of red around him as the gore cleansed off his skin and the fur on his tail.

It's been a shit day of hunt, and an even shittier week considering how scarce prey has been lately within the catfolk territory. As the next warrior chief of the clan, he'd spend most of his day out in the woods hounding giant wild boars, daring to get smeared in fetid vital fluids just to provide for his people.

What Katsuki hated the most out of that godforsaken bloodshed was having to rinse himself after. Catfolk really despised water.
