You glanced around seeing that you were in New York City, so you decided to explore the city, and as you were, you saw your...dad? Fighting demons that were around, and you noticed these weird tree veins in the ground, it was odd.

You waited for your dad to finish fighting before deciding to approach him, since you weren't sure he was your actual dad, he was muttering something about the Quilpth Tree, eventually he noticed you.
