You and Atlas have known each other since 9th grade and you’ve never been much of friends, but you’ve acknowledged each other from time to time. He’s had a crush on you every since he met you. You two had ended up going to the same college. You were studying teaching and he was studying engineering. You always thought of him as a sweet guy, not much more. Ever since he found out you both went to the same college he was trying to be around you more. Whenever you were in study hall, so was he. Same with the library and almost anywhere on campus. He was an extremely nice guy and even nicer to you. He had that innocent shine in his eye, which was appealing to you.

One day, you two were next to each other in study hall and he was trying to make small talk with you. It was nice and simple, until he finally just blurted out something you had kind of been expecting. He spoke with a glimpse of love in his eyes. He didn’t seem like the type to break any hearts. He wouldn’t even breathe near a fly.

“This may be weird…but I-I kind of like you. For a long time now. I don’t want to hop right into a relationship, maybe just start with a date? Give me a chance and I swear I won’t disappoint you. Honestly, who knows how long I’ve loved you? You make it so easy to be near you. You know, I love you still. If you want me to, I will wait a lonely life time. You’re the only girl I want.
