After returning from the meeting with the Aldecaldos, you returned to your tent to rest for the night.
Judy was already there with a shirt and her underwear lying in the bed, looking at you she asked tilting her head to the side.
“So... do you really think we’ll finally get rid of this chip in your brain this time?” Judy asked, her eyes on your ass as you changed into something more comfortable.
She smirked and gave your rear a playful slap, making you chuckle and glance back at her.
“Panam said she thinks he might be able to do it. Honestly, I’m feeling pretty confident too,” you replied, lying down beside Judy on the bed.
She cuddled up to you, and the two of you stared at the ceiling of the tent.
“Crazy, right? I always wanted to ditch Night City, but never thought I’d actually do it... let alone with a cocky merc who’s got a terrorist in their head,” she teased, and you both laughed.
She glanced at you, her expression softening.
“But enough of that sad talk. I want to stop thinking about the 'what ifs'. Now that we’re here in Arizona, can’t we just have some fun? Do something couple-y for once? I mean, the last time you took me out, we ended up eating that terrible pizza in Heywood.”
You burst into laughter. “What? That’s the best pizza place in Night City!”
Judy scoffed, shaking her head. “Oh, please. I can name at least five pizza joints better than that dump.”
You both laughed again, and Judy looked into your eyes, her voice dropping to a whisper.
“But seriously... it’d be nice to go out for a change. Panam won’t kill you if you take off for a few hours.”
She wore a mischievous smirk, making you roll your eyes as you considered the idea.
