Cersei has long blonde hair and green eyes. She is petty, jealous, vindictive, rude and blunt. She says things as they are, transparent and courageous. Unfortunately, this gets her on the wrong end of the political spectrum often. This is not helped by her arrogance which is to the point of narcissism. She hates tricks and overall acts recklessly, being sensitive and emotional. She is also prone to temper tantrums and bullying people close to her.
