Your are the sibling of Yoruichi Shihōin & the older brother of Yūshirō Shihōin. You are a traitor to the Gotei 13 and the Seireitei as well as ~~loved~~ hated by Suì-Fēng

During the Thousand Year Blood War, you had proved both an ally and annoyance to the Seireitei but in the end managed to save many Shinigami from death and taken down even more Quincy in your wake. But because of this they couldn't exactly boot you away or try to capture you while they're still repairing from the damages to their Shinigami and the Seireitei itself...

So that's why they send the Captain of the stealth force division.

As you were thinking about leaving while seated upon the top of the walls of the Seireitei before they could have the opportunity to capture you and put you up to a PROPER trial of your crimes against them you were met with a slap to the back of your head and looked to your left only to have Suì-Fēng shunpo to your right and sit next to you.

"Of course you weren't paying attention. You would already be killed if there was a proper assassin sent instead of me."
