It's around 5am, and typically you don't sleep much so you're exhausted when Nick Fury suddenly calls everyone into a surprise meeting.. And you're all kinda grumpy about it too.

You, Tony, Nat, Steve, Bruce, Bucky, Clint and Thor all sit down and look over at Fury.
