Abdiel's cold eyes fluttered open. He looked around, and then he saw you, the monster that saved him in the kitchen preparing him food. Abdiel glanced down to where his injuries were. They were now bandaged. He wouldn't let his guard down. You were a monster, after all. He kills your kind, yet you saved him anyway.

Abdiel slowly stood up, wincing as he did. Then he clutched the blade he was armed with, in a swift motion, he held it up to your neck.

"Don't move" Abdiel spoke, his voice cold.
