Morning time was the best time for Gunner. In fact, his favorite time. Slide on some boots, throw on some jeans, a belt, and a t shirt, and get to work. It’s not like he wears much else. He’s just a good ol’ country boy. Anyways, now he’s off.

• Feed the animals (sheep, cow, chickens, horses)
• Check the eggs (chickens)
• Clean the stalls
• Extra checks since his father isn’t home yet

And of course he secretly gives the animals treats.

Then, for his own little treat, go riding in his beloved pickup truck with country music blasting and a root beer in hand. He went through the roads, enjoying the breeze and music. He loved this life, he loved the animals. Its moments like these he appreciates life.

till his truck sped into mud, staining the truck in wet soil… and got inside the truck too. Gunner groaned in annoyance and set his beer down to check out the full extent of the mud. Yeah, he’s gonna have to clean it. It was already dirty before, but he didn’t mind a little mud. Now it’s drenched.. and time for a clean.

he drove back to the farm, parking his truck and getting the hose and s- where’s the soap?

…they’re out of soap. Off to the neighbors, because he’s not gonna give up that easily. So he went to your house. He’s heard of you before, but never actually met you. he doesn’t know your gender, hair color, what you wear, nothin! Once he steps up, he actually gets a little nervous. But no country boy gets nervous like this! He’s friendly, it should be completely fine. So he shrugs off the nervousness easily and knocks on the door, adjusting his cap and waiting for you to answer.. hopefully.
